Keynote Speaker: Nancy Gohring, 451 Research

Where once applications were monolithic, comprising just a few services, today’s applications are far more complex, potentially built using containers and microservices and running in multiple clouds. Add to that the pressure to iterate rapidly, and you’ve got a dynamic, complex environment generating far more operational data than ever before. Legacy monitoring tools just don’t cut it in this world. But a new breed of tools, harnessing advances in machine learning and big data technologies, has emerged, better equipped to surface intelligence from this tsunami of operational data. We’ll explore how new technologies are shaping these ITOA 2.0 tools and what it means for modern application environments.

Keynote Speaker: Sushil Kumar, CA Technologies

CA Digital Experience Insights is a new SaaS-based monitoring and analytics platform that provides deep visibility, unique insights, and actionable recommendations to dramatically improve your users’ digital experiences. In this webcast, you’ll learn how this integrated set of mobile and web end user, application performance, and infrastructure management services will provide you with a holistic view of user experience, business transactions, and digital infrastructure QoS. Built on the top of a powerful analytics engine that leverages open technologies such as ElasticSearch, Kafka and Hadoop, CA Digital Experience Insights will help you turn data into answers.

Panel Participants: Daniel Ellsweig, Coty; Ruud Kitselar, KPN
Moderator: Kieran Taylor, CA Technologies

In this webcast, we’ll explore real world examples of companies leveraging IT analytics to transform their operations. You’ll gain insight on how these companies are using IT analytics to address the challenges involved in collecting and correlating increasing volumes of data. We’ll explore the role of predictive analytics, and how it helps DevOps teams and business stakeholders increase the quality of applications without impacting delivery speed.

Panel Participants: Steve Kearns, Elastic; Todd Palino, LinkedIn (Kafka author); Piet Loubser, Hortonworks
Moderator: Sushil Kumar, CA Technologies

In this webcast, open-source industry experts will discuss the benefits of using technologies such as Elasticsearch, Hadoop and Kafka as foundational components for IT analytics, sharing their lessons learned and best practices. CA experts will also share their experiences in using open-source technologies to deliver analytics solutions optimized to specific uses cases in terms of scale and performance.

Your success hinges on ensuring that every customer experience is the best it can be, and that means gaining insight across the vast complexity of your mobile, web and application environments. In this live demo, you’ll see how CA App Experience Analytics can sort the wheat from the chaff in your performance data to highlight key business insights that will separate you from your competitors and earn you a seat in the boardroom.

Application experience is determined by the performance of the infrastructure that powers it. In this live demo, you’ll see how CA Unified Infrastructure Management (CA UIM) provides the most comprehensive solution for managing the experience of modern cloud and hybrid IT infrastructures. See how you can leverage CA UIM to collect and analyze massive amounts of log data and surface key insights in context of problem solving and continuously improving dynamic infrastructure.

Understanding the user experience is, of course, only half the equation.  If the answer to the question: “What is the experience?” is anything less than “Perfect.”, then the IT organization must quickly answer the question: “Why is it poor?” In this live demo, you’ll see how CA Application Performance Management (APM) takes advantage of years of experience helping customers solve tricky performance issues, implementing this experience in the form of Assisted Triage analytics. See for yourself how CA APM can help you radically simplify the triage and diagnosis process, eliminating the need for experts and war-rooms.

This virtual summit brings the brightest minds together to discuss how to be successful in this rapidly evolving IT Ops Analytics landscape.
